Exchange & Return Policy
We want to you LOVE your Naked Sage pieces. If for some reason you don’t love your piece, here are a few things we can offer:
- For our Sterling Silver, Solid Gold and Gold Filled pieces we can offer a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be in original condition and packaging.
- Gold Vermeil jewellery sales are final. No credit or exchanges offered.
- Sale items are final. No credit or exchanges offered.
- Custom Jewellery such as our Birthstone and Initial pieces are final. No credit or exchanges offered.
In the event your piece has a manufacturing flaw such as a broken chain, stone missing etc. we are happy to repair or replace your piece within 90 days of delivery. After 90 days, damage is assumed by the client.
Jewellery is delicate by nature and care should be taken while taking your jewellery on/off and by following our care instructions.

NOTE: Items shipped without approval will not be considered.
Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanged items are the responsibly of the client.
If you decide to cancel your order, you have two hours to do so from the time of purchase. This limitation is in place because we often start to work on your pieces right away. Please reach out to us within this time window at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process the cancellation.
Cancellations are issued at our discretion.
