Canadian orders ship with Canada Post Expedited or Xpress Post and rates are auto calculated at checkout based on your region.

USA

USA orders ship with Canada Post Tracked Mail.

International

Orders shipping outside of Canada and the USA ship Canada Post Tracked Air Packet. Delivery times vary based on location and time of year.

Tracking:

All shipping services are tracked and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.

Time Frame:

Due to the handmade nature of our work, please allow 4-6 days lead time before your items ship.

Please Note:

*The time frames noted at checkout are an estimate given by Canada Post.

*Since Covid-19 began, Canada Post has removed their guaranteed delivery times but are doing very well at delivering on time.

Packaging:

Each order is beautifully hand-packaged in our 100% recyclable, plastic free custom branded packaging.

Your pieces will be carefully packaged in a linen drawstring bag, custom tissue paper and embossed sticker tucked into a rich, reusable Naked Sage slider box. We are so proud our packaging and can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself.

Hot tip:

Once you’ve opened your package, we suggest using your slider box to store your Naked Sage jewellery away from the elements.
